STAR Chapter 317 Charter Signing

        April 18, 2004 was the day to be remembered in the history of the Ann Arbor Chapter 317 of STAR Touring & Riding . It was the day our Charter was signed. The Chapter was started by Tom Neil, who was elected President at a subsequent meeting. Reggie and MJ Dawson, our Regional Directors were on hand and provided strong support throughout the start-up process. As you will learn by being a Chapter member, sister chapters do their best to help out. Saginaw, Toledo, Dearborn, Lansing, to name a few, came by to lend a hand and bolster our new group. Since then, we have worked to provide good rides, have designed our logo and patch, got our web-site up and running, and are looking forward to building a healthy Chapter.
